When you submit the form, your name, email, phone number, and message are transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that covers GDPR and equivalent Canadian privacy requirements.

5. Analytics & Tracking Technologies

We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. They are activated only after you provide consent through our cookie banner.

Analytics and tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are set only if you accept cookies through our consent banner. Contact form submissions forwarded by Formspree are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry, and no longer than seven (7) years to satisfy our regulatory record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained for 26 months in Google Analytics and 30 days in Microsoft Clarity, after which it is automatically deleted.
